Plumbing leak in a popcorn ceiling

Here is a common problem that I come across fairly often. Fixing a cut out hole in a popcorn ceiling is a 4 phase repair. First I square off the hole to the next stud. Then patch in the sheetrock, feather out the seams and finally reapply popcorn texture to the ceiling. In this video you can see this process. Once the new popcorn texture dries the ceiling is as good as new.

Renovations and remodleing.

In this video, I subcontracted the sheetrock and painting from a general contractor who uses me exclusively in order to obtain the quality he wants to give his clients. In this example I was able to save his customer several hundred dollars by not replacing the damaged sheetrock. In turn the general contractors profit was increased and the time table shortened by a couple of days. A real win/win situation.
